Return Shipping Costs

  • The wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.

In these situations, Aurevia will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
